We’ve been happy with Kurt Kelly at Mobile Ins.
Your best bet is likely a local bank. One that knows the property if possible.

Welcome to Charlotte Scott. We live and own MHP's in the area. Let me know how I can help you. Have you checked into the info from Frank Rolfe and Dave Reynolds? Their program Mobilehomeuniversity has been very helpful to us. Good luck, Andy

You're on the right track with the Dave Reynolds book. He and Frank Rolfe are now the 5th largest Mobile Home Community ownership group in the US. Their Mobile Home University helped to get us started, and they help to keep us on track. Frank and Dave also run several funds. Looks like you understand there is a strong case to be made for the long term in affordable housing. We are looking for our third park now. There is a good window of opportunity as the "Mom and Pop" owners are age-ing out and will divest in the next handful of years. On a much smaller scale (than Frank and Dave) we are also now raising funds but are giving investors income, ownership and/or (earned-income-offsetting) tax benefits according to their needs. We have sold off most all our single family rentals to invest in this strong niche. Happy to discuss if we can help whether you choose us or another to team up with. Good luck! Andy

We just completed a sfr to MHP 1031 this past fall. If you can find a good 1031 group, they can be a big help for creative solutions. I'll refer the group I used in Charlotte if you like. I don't think it matters where they are located. Have you been to Mobile Home University yet? Very good group. Good luck!
The guys at Mobile Home University also have a self storage class. Brandon there is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Lots of options out there depending on what you're looking for.  After doing several different things we arrived at Mobile Home Parks.  We liked the strong returns with low time and low ongoing cost / maintenance commitments. Get educated and do it yourself, partner up or invest with a fund.  No shortage of need for affordable housing in any economy. Good luck!
