New to BP and the Charlotte area, looking for a mobile home park!

Hey everybody.  My family and I are finally getting settled here in Charlotte, so now I'm ready to move on to the next phase of my life plan.  I am planning to begin my investing career with the purchase of a Manufactured Housing Community (aka mobile home park).  I am just beginning the entire process, so I am up for any and all networking activities in an effort to get things moving forward.  The podcasts, articles and forums here on BP have been a great start.  In my current job as an agency underwriter I've done several MHC deals, so I'm ready to expand on what I've learned.  I would certainly be interested in connecting with anyone that has recommendations and some wisdom to share on any and all aspects of MHC deals.  Thanks!
