What is considered a good monthly commission on gross monthly collections from the company providing equipment for my laundry rooms? They are putting in four brand new frontload washers and dryers. I am signing a five year lease and will be responsible for the water bill.

I'd like to use it in the common areas. Anyone have exprience with the product? Is it easy to install?

I'm going with the Tranquility as it is the closest to Allure. It comes with a fifty year warranty even. Lumber Liquidators sale ended yesterday but they said they would extend it to me since I need such a large amount.

Just purchased the property and want to make up new signs that will have the name of propety, I need three signs in all. The posts aren't very old so I'm left wondering why they would need changing.
My sign person says" Reusing the existing posts will not work as they are dato/grooved and odds of getting fit for new panels are not going to work. Repointing and painting and getting to stand upright will not be of quality and cost more than new".

I'm in the process of ordering panel signs for my buildings and am wondering if I can keep my existing posts. My sign person says they have to go but I don't understand why this would be the case.

I would like to put it in my units but the price is wrong. Any suggestions on something similar but priced much cheaper?

I would never rent to them! Not only will they have parties but their friends will take up parking spaces and you'll get an earful from the neigbors. It's better to wait it out for the right tenants.

Pat L, I've had tenants in some of my single family properties just shove food into the drain because they are too lazy to put their trash in the garbage. They've clogged sinks to the point of not working! I told them if they do it again, I'll be sending them the plumbing bill :)

Jon, I've previously called the buildings in the area and none have dishwashers. One reason in particular that I'm not just doing it is because the plumbing is somewhat limited in the kitchens. I'm going to see how much work is involved in installation. I believe i'll receive larger rents and increase the value of the property if I end up going in this direction.
