Wow Dave thanks! I actually have a few questions: 1. I own two houses and I plan to sell one (the rental property) next year and use the profits as capital to begin purchasing more property and try my first flip. Question: Can I buy my own property under the umbrella of an Investment Group that I want to start? Question: My tenant's lease expire in May 17.' If the above scenario is legal, shouldn't I put it on the Market this year that way the business would inherent a renter? He may want to extend another year. Thanks again for reaching out!
