hello everyone....when filling out a purchase and sale agreement for wholesaling. do i add my assignment fee to the sale price and make that the sale price on that contract or do i only put the assignment fee on the assignment contract? example....if i make an offer for $25,000 and my fee is $5,000 do i put $30,000 on the purchase and sale contract or $25,000?

what is the best way to find motivated sellers and buyers? i was thinking about "bandit" signs but they seem to be everywhere.

hi investors, i was wondering if anyone here has had an experience with Renatus. they have been trying to get me to sign up for there courses for a while. they are really expensive and i just don't know if this is the direction i want to go. i want to get out of debt not in more...lol!!!
