Hi Tiffany,

In regards to your "I should exemplify a little deeper in regards to my state of employment. I currently work for United Space Allies as an IT manager. I’m quite fed up with my position and would like to start my own company. "

I'd like to make a suggestion that you do not change any type of employment status while you are buying a home. If you do, it could cause some problems when trying to find the proper financing. I understand it will be in the same field, but lenders do look at employment history quite close.

Just my 2 cents...

Best Regards,
Invstor01

Noobdog1,

I ran into a couple of snags along the way. The contractor I was working with has decided to relocate to AZ. I have decided to hold off until I have a more stable network in place.

Greetings Resmith,

I'm glad to see another fellow missourian roaming the forum. Hopefully the property you are going to view will be a great investment opportunity for you. Keep us informed. It is always nice to hear of new investors making a good deal.

Hey Guys,

Thanks for the welcome and input. I'll take all of this into consideration and will continue to make contacts.

Hello rvaughn,

I know this is a few months back but if the construction and new homes are still available, I'd like to hear more about them.

I'll email you.

Hello,

I am from Springfield, MO and new to RE. I am looking for a local RE Club here in springfield, but have been unable to locate one. I do know that St.Louis and KC have clubs, but with a full time job it is going to be nearly impossible for me to attend one that far away. Anyhow, I'm looking foward to wholesaling properties and eventually rehab work. I have done much reading on forums and articles for the past year or so.

I am in the process of building a network. If anyone is interested in this area I'd be more than happy to include or be included into your network.

Best Regards,
