It's a new year and we'll be bringing back our monthly real estate investor MeetUp: "No-Pitch" sponsored by Distilled Properties (a division of Somos Real Estate).

We call it "No-Pitch" because we're not pitching any memberships, or mentorships, or real estate "guru" BS; just straight REI networking. There's never a cost to attend. We want you to come ready to network, and bring your knowledge, your deals, your services, your REI needs, and questions.

I said East when I meant West. Apologies for the error. Other than that, my statement remains true.

The further East you head from N New Braunfels the better the area, and higher the rents & ARVs. Including sales around $500k (or higher) in Dignowity Hill as well as 78203 - the second fastest appreciating zip code in the state. 

West of N. New Braunfels is still very spotty, and will be slow to appreciate. It's definitely leveled out post pandemic, but I doubt the Spurs talk of a possible downtown stadium has anything to do with it. That type of project takes years to design and construct.  As of right now...there is no project.
