I am in contact with a short sale specialist in Utah and when I need to, I contact one of the senior management with BofA short sales.
if you want the contacts, let me know,
I'll send it to you ASAP.

I am on another real estate forum.
where a realtor in my area posted having problems with BofA.
She got the name of the sr. VP
with short sale dept. she cc's him on all correspondence. She hears back the next day!

if interested, contact me directly and I'll send you the information, rather than posting here on this forum.

Jackie

I have a preliminary title report on the property. Thanks for the links to other forums.

re: SHORT SALE with BofA. This is my first time dealing with them. When asked, I indicated I'm a private party interested in this property.

I have a question. I am in the process of "beginning" short sale negotiation with BofA on a non-owner occupied property.

can I get CMA's myself without contacting a realtor for that info? if so, other than zillow, what would you recommend?

thanks,

went to see Michael Moore's "new" film
"Capitalism - a love story"
in that film is featured
"condo vultures"
www.condovultures.com
the owner of this co. says only the difference between him and a real vulture is that he doesn't vomit.

curious if any of you have been successful in finding properties with code violations and/or liens. If so, how did you find those properties?

thanks,

what I'm asking is about a realtor accepting a fee to assist in a consulting capacity. This is unrelated to listing or selling a property, per se.
