I have written a few books on real estate investing and real estate agents. I have really taken a liking to writing books, even after publishing about 450 Articles on my blog investfourmore.com.

Two of my books: Fix and Flip Your Way to Financial Freedom and Build a Rental Property Empire, are available in paperback on Amazon.

You can find the books on my author page: http://www.amazon.com/Mark-Ferguson/e/B00FP1LZ1C

J Scott and I also may be collaborating on a new book this year.....

The only downside to selling is you lose the rights and royalties, and some people might want minerals. I personally no differencedifference In value between those with rights and those without. They are diagonally drilling so no equiptment ever comes within miles of the property. They can't do anything within 300 feet of any residence, or maybe it is more now.

you can lease them or sell them. I sold a bunch of mine last year for $5k A mineral acre. Had a nice $12k check. When leasing them it is not much more than a few hundred a year, if that.

I am looking for great deals. I love foreclosures

Purely selfish reasons while on vacation with the family. The beach by Orlando is warmer.

Hi Mark,

Where in Florida are you looking to invest? South Florida and the Gulf Coast are much more difficult to insure compared to Central Florida and the Jacksonville area. Let me know if you have any questions related to insurance!
