Hi Jeff- does it matter where in SC these people are based? I've had great experiences with Hale Accounting and Financial Planning, based out of Charleston. Speak with Michael Hale or Erin Hale.
Also, there are a few hundred folks on the Charleston REIA Meetup site. It may be a good idea to get on there and have a look for more contacts. Let me know if I can help on your search.

Thanks for that info, guys. I was finally able to find someone who had the answer not too long ago. Seems like the Cincinnati MLS has several strange quirks- no zip codes, no square footage, and the extra step for exporting records.

Ok I see. Well if the timing isn't quite right at the moment, it may help to start researching areas of interest (wholesaling, rehabs, etc) and widening your circle to include some active investors. BP is a great start, and there are Meetups and networking events all over Charleston that are fun and really rewarding.
There are also a lot of valuable informational resources on this site. Once you become involved with investors who are applying these principles that you learn in your research, you'll start to see it all come together. Shortage of capital is a roadblock, but definitely not a dead end.

Hey Tim- welcome! I'm down in Charleston as well, and I do some of my investing here. It's always a good idea to check out the local REIA to meet people, share ideas, find deals, etc. The meetings are usually in N Charleston. Start taking action and the anxiety will melt away! I'd be happy to have a conversation with you, if you'd like, to give you some insight.

Hi all-
I was hoping someone could provide a bit of insight. I'd like my realtor in Cincinnati to do an MLS search for me, and export the listings into an Excel spreadsheet (or a .csv file). Neither my realtor, nor anyone in his office, has heard of the capability to export listings.

I know that each MLS is different. I was wondering if anyone had direct experience with the Cincinnati MLS, and whether that system had the capability to export listings. Any insight would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Doug
