I know that Ohio needs a local LLC if I want to buy properties there. What other states have that requirement? Or can I buy properties with a single out of state LLC?

I'm sorry @Thomas S.  I wasn't aware of a landlord study program, especially for Canada.  I saw a tenant screening program but I thought that applied to the U.S.  How do I access this program?
