Thanks for the insight! Very helpful... Other than just saving money from my full time job what options would I have for accumulating money within the real estate investment world to have as a 6 months rent back up? An investment option that doesn't require back up funds just knowledge and hard works...

Hello BP. Does the money in your slush fund come from your own savings? How much money should I have in my personal slush fund if I want to own 2-3 properties?

Hello BP. I've searched online to find out what course I should take to become a licensed real estate agent but I couldn't get a straightforward answer. Does anyone know the name of the course and the approx price? I live in Fort Worth Texas.

I greatly appreciate all the feedback I received! It got my wheels turning and gave me a starting point. Thanks for everything thus far

What would be my best options for what type of real estate investments to pursue.

I've got a full time job and want to know what type of investing will be the best fit in that situation. From what I hear, flipping houses may be too time consuming; any thoughts?

Hello everyone, I'm David Galvan. I reside in Fort Worth Texas and have a full time job there. I'm married and have a son on the way (2weeks from now)! I was researching real estate investing online to learn about it and I stumbled upon BP; I'm super excited about the stumble.
