@Lior Solomon I personally agree with your focus on englewood nj as the taxes are low and the rental demand is high. As a realtor myself I had a listing on grand Ave and had numerous inquiries. If anyone needs assistance feel free to Pm me as I know the area very well and have a few listed properties that offer good ROI.

hey @Drew Slew

I'd say go for it- if this is going to be your entry into real estate investing, and it's gonna take you from being a tenant to a potential landlord in the future, I see no downside. It seems like you've done your market analysis and if your buying it right, I think you'll be ok. Also I too believe anything within close proximity to NYC such as union city are becoming more and more desirable. I would however check out the HOA and make sure it's in good financial shape and well funded. Also find out if there are any anticipated assessments as those can really set you back.

Best of luck

Usman T. I would agree with Igor that closer to the boundary between Fishtown and port Richmond is the more desirable section. I also would suggest looking east of aramingo. You will pay a bit more but your tenant base will be a better caliber, and appreciation will set in quicker. Good luck in your search

I'm long on Port Richmond in the river wards section of the city. It's in the line of the progress seen in neighboring nolibs and Fishtown and is set to explode- good luck to you guys.

@Michael Gatti @Kunal Mishra

i would say 50k might get you something in brewerytown a few streets north of Girard, but probably nothing in point breeze as that area has gotten overpriced as of late. In Port Richmond (my personal fav. right now) you may get lucky and find something for 50k on aramingo or a few streets to the west- good luck and let me know if I can help
