Hello Everyone,

I just get my RE agent license last tuesday. I get it with the intention of getting involved with real transactions, learn some insights of RE, and hopping to find one or more investors to collaborate with. I am a big fan of BP community, specially I have been listening up and down the BP podcasts for a while now, analysing deals and spreading the word of me being in The RE World!

I have a full time job, with flexible hours, where I get to meet a lot of people, so in the beginning, I plan to do RE networking while doing my current job and dedicate "Afterwork" hours to do the RE Agent Work. Eventually I hope it will be all RE related.

So any suggestion is well receiving! Let me know you guys what do you think about my approach . Thanks in advanced.

Depending on what kind of roof there is if it's a simple gable you can pull it off and add a second floor!

Interesting, I haven't give it a though about 2nd floor! Anyways, one step at the time!

Thanks @Charles Adams good piece of advice.

The living area is 1200 sq ft but the lot is 8000 sq ft so to accomplish this I should do some development.t.

All Right, according to the city map from

http://www.miamigardens-fl.gov/planning&zoning/vie...

The property is listed as R-2- Two Family. So I can move on from here, still some search to do. definetely learning by doing is great!

"R-2 Two-Family Dwelling Residential District. To provide for use and occupancy of one-family detached and two-family dwellings at low-medium densities, essential services and facilities, and select public and institutional uses. Implements the seven to 15 du/ac range of the Neighborhood CDMP land use category."
