Hey @Shawn Holsapple Great to meet you. Thanks for the great reference material. I am trying to get my first property for a rehab flip. I have been trying to find owners of vacant houses, and I have, but I don't really know what I can do for people who are still listed with the assessor as owner, but who are in or going through foreclosure in our area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have to say that this is a huge leap for me. I don't like putting personal things on the internet, but I really want to learn this business. So I said just do it and Quit being a baby about it. I know I will say that more to myself as time goes on. Thanks in advance for any help you guy can enlighten me with.
