Just curious (cause I'm still learning) but why wouldn't you want to accept Section 8? I heard that that's guaranteed rent money and i heard that they can't ruin/destroy your property because if they do, they will lose section 8 forever, so most/some people will not want to risk losing their Sec8.  At least that's what i heard and Im in CT.
