Thank you, Rhett! No unfortunately, you're on your own when it comes to third party lead generating. I've been using a few of those sites and they have been pretty effective. Hey Walt, I've been cross marketing with Keller Williams but the referrals are coming in pretty slowly. My office is located inside of their building. Hopefully, they will pick up soon! Thanks guys!

Any ideas on how to grow a property management business in Central Florida? I recently purchased a franchised property management company and have been growing pretty quickly. I signed almost 20 properties in less than 2 months. How can I get more doors other than by the obvious, referrals. Any suggestions? I'm not from Central Florida which may be a disadvantage since I have no sphere of influence. I'm not new to business but I am, however, new to Property Management. Thank you everybody!

We (Property Management, Inc of Orlando) charge 10%, but we offer a lot of services at that rate. We do not, however, charge a months rent. Checkout our website at www.pmioforlando.com. Remember, the companies that charge a lower commission upfront generally make up for it on the back-end.

I have recently purchased a property management franchise and have negotiated an affiliate marketing co-branding with a local Keller Williams. My interest of operation is commercial real estate. Does it pay to work towards getting a CCIM designation? Are there any benefits to taking any of the courses and not optaining the certification? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are there any benefits for a property management company to hold a CAM license in addition to a real estate license? I just purchased a property management franchise, and I am trying to get everything out of the way.

Thank you!
