Hi @Velle So . Your tenant profile will depend of the property and location. I think this is the case in any city. You will get anything from 500 in low income areas to 1600 in popular neighbourhood. Hope this helps. If you have any more questions feel free to contact me.

Welcome to our great city. I'm dealing with Windsor Family Credit Union and never had an issue. I'm only doing personal banking so I'm not sure about refi, liability or mortgages. What I like about them is that they have locations in every part of the city that makes banking with them easy.
