Hey everyone, I have a question. Is anyone currently investing in Jackson County, Florida? And if so, what type of properties do you tend to focus on - residential or commercial? 

Also, I wanted to follow up on @Wade Wisner suggestion and throw in Virginia Beach, or all of Hampton Roads, to look into as it is a market with a huge military presence.

I don't want to interrupt the current conversation, but I'm interested in talking to investors who purchase vacant land in large quantities. I would like to know what criteria you consider when evaluating land and which locations you prefer to invest in. Nonetheless, I'm enjoying this conversation and gaining valuable insights.
