I have reviewed Clint Coons information and I sent him an email/message giving him more specifics of why I am inquiring about Land Trust in Chicago and requesting his suggestions/advise.  I am eagerly awaiting his reply. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions to share about how to create a land trust for a real estate deal in Chicago, IL?

Yes, I too was in attendance (once again) at the Sin City REIA monthly meeting here in Las Vegas. To your point @Barri Griffiths, I was just as impressed with @Omar Merced generosity last night! I am looking forward to working and growing more in my REI endeavors with Omar and other members in the group!

For those of you who are local Las Vegas REI and have not been to @Omar Merced Sin City REIA meeting, I highly suggest you attend. After attending the November meeting I left there more inspired and motivated about my REI endeavors! Omar has a wealth of knowledge and information to share (FOR FREE...with no sales pitches!) about REI and Real Estate in general. My partner and I are looking forward to attending this upcoming meeting, working with Omar and we are super excited about the "group flip!" Hope to see you there!
