Hello BP! I just recently discovered BP and it is an awesome website that seems to have tons of good people and great information!
I am a new investor who has lived in the Las Vegas area for almost a decade. I am a previous real estate agent and have recently attended several training courses to educate myself with the RE investment business. I am primarily wanting to focus on SF fix and flips. I am looking to network to other local investors, hard/private money lenders, buyers/sellers and where to find the good deals! Thanks
