Hello, I’ve been doing much research on how to wholesale houses and while i’m not ready yet, i’ve come across 2 boarded up properties next to each other. I got the contact info to one of the home owners. My question is, how do I go about approaching them ? What kind of questions should I ask about the house ? How do I obtain A contract ?

Hello i’m a 22 year old full time employee. I often think about my 401k plan, how I’m going to travel, how I’m going to see the world. Truth be told I know i cannot archive all of that through working for someone, I want to generate enough money to sustain a business and leave enough behind for my child too. I wanna learn the basics of this so I know I can do it! any kind of advice is GOOD advice!
