of course it is all about your goals, but it looks like you enjoy the appreciation and  also a bit of cash flow.. if I were you.. i would sell it and keep moving to my next investment !

Hello everyone my name is Ido Nir and i am an International real estate  investor, i saw a lot of biggerpockets stuff and it is giving me the passion to start invest.

is there any guide for international buyers?

do you guys thinks it is a good idea to start with that?

what is the possibilities for a non US citizen to get mortgage? any leverage ?

is there someone here that do that?

i thought of focus in Dallas Texas or Detroit Michigan, both look like a very good investments zones from my research i would very appreciate to hear your opinion on that too..
