Why not paint over it?

Friends! I’ve tried everything, can’t get thick layer paint off red brick house. I’ve tried scaring it off, tried the paint eater tool, tried some paint stripper from Home Depot and it only took a little of. At this point I’m  desperate  lol I don’t know what to do! The whole house is painted and pealing off. It’s weird, spots that are not pealing off just don’t wanna come off. Does anybody have some solution for this?

Thank you!

OK. Don't do it - just use an FHA loan to house hack.

I already have a home. This is for a protect I’m working on.

@Iaroslav Demydovych is this going to be your first investment or do you already own properties?

Yeah first investment!

I am in Lancaster Pennsylvania! I am looking to borrow some private money and I have couple people that want to land me money. Can someone please explain the legal process so I do everything right? thank you!

Hi Everyone!

Hope everyone is doing well!

I recently had a tenant moved in (July 1st) in the lease it states that I ( landlord) will be taking care of the lawn. But a week later i've realised i could drop the $30 off the monthly rent and let him mow it. Provided i will add an addendum stating the change to the lease.

I want him to mow only March thru November as in winter months there is really no need to move. Does anyone else do that?

I have a lawn mower in the shied, i would just have to prove the key to it. Liability? if he breaks the mower or injures himself?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

@Fareed R. The lady mentioned that she needs a bigger place because her nephews and nieces come over a lot. And I called previous landlord and he confirmed that she was looking for a bigger place but at the moment her current landlord did not have anything bigger. I did run background check i used rent prep.com. I like them.

@David Dachtera of course, that’s a given I would have to deny the 1st for a valid reason which is not fitting into my minimum qualifications criteria/ bills in collection and low credit score. Only then I can work thru the second applicant and potentially accept it.
