Hey guys,
Making the move out of state soon and need a handyman to come in and paint a wall, photo attached. I'd do it myself but am wildly crunched for time before the move. I'll have the paint/roller/brush ready. Thank you!

@Theresa Harris thx TH. I’m the roommate that wants to leave. Trying to run a house hack scenario out of state and need to get out of my lease.

@Ja'Mere L French read DGs BRRRR book! All the principles you need to start are in there. Then just find that distressed property, under market value, and you're off to the races.

Hey all,

I just signed a year lease as a tenant in June, and due to complications from Covid, am now trying to get out of said lease. My question is, can my landlord effectively "break" the year lease and release me from it? And can she do that without the consent of the roommates that co-signed the lease along with me?

Thanks much,

@Steven Wilson Nice, thanks Steven. I am out of state so I may or may not be there on the day. But those are all great suggestions, thanks very much.

Hey BP fam,
Hope y'all are staying well.

I have an appraisal coming up on a SFR for a cash out refi, and my question is this: Is it reasonable to pay a house cleaning service to do a once over of the house the day before the appraisal? Is that an overstep? Also, to request of the tenants that all lights are turned on, all rooms kept clean, etc? Of course all this for the purpose of making the best possible impression upon the appraiser.

Thanks all, appreciate it.
