Hey all!!

I am sure this has been covered at some point but could not find specifics that I was looking for. I am gathering information on title companies in Portland, Oregon; I am wanting to know which ones are able to handle assignment closings or double/simultaneous closings for wholesale.. Preferably the former of the two. Any companies/individuals names would be most helpful.

Thanks!

Welcome @Bronson Peralta!  Interesting fact, Oregon is the 2nd worst state to try and make a living in; can you guess who made #1? Anyway, Portland is an amazing place with a VERY hot market right now!

Welcome to the community! Lots of useful information on this site that others are charging a lot of money for a program.

@Account Closed for your in depth advice, again. I would say you are one of the main reasons I actually went and have studied for this license. If my ultimate goal is to work in commercial properties would you recommend trying to break into that area or learn as I work the resi side?

Thanks for posting this @Account Closed as I am wondering the same thing. I will be taking my license test on Monday and looking for a new home. Good Luck!

I am new to this site but as time goes by I will be keeping an eye on Detroit; hopefully I do not miss out due to lack of capital now. @Marvin Rice that appears to be a nice goal and at a mucher lower price than compared to similar size homes in Portland.
