An updated scenario for the house-hack is that it's a 3BD and I'm a single person. My other avenue during the house-hack phase is to rent the additional two rooms out to increase cash-flow.

Hey everyone!

I'm looking at a Triplex in the area that I'm focusing on for a house-hack. It would be my first deal and obviously have some thoughts and questions regarding my analysis. I've tried to look at it both ways, as a house-hack and after I move on from the place and seems to do well - however, I'm not fully sure if I computed everything correct. I would appreciate any insight anyone could provide on this deal analysis. Thank you!

Hi @Timothy Walsh

Awesome introduction you can feel the passion in the post! Went to school in Boston (Longwood medical area) - but can't say I'm from there! Great to read about your first move in REI. Best of luck to you moving forward, I'm sure we will cross paths in the future. Looking forward to seeing your journey.

@Aaron Caminati thanks for the insight, and great work on getting started!

how did the removal of tenants go - was it an eviction or removal without a formal eviction?

When you got your house-hack were you looking for cashflow or house-hacking it or turned it into one?

Thanks for the tip!

curious to know for those who house-hacked, what was your general experience, any lessons learned? what were the primary things you looked for in a house hack in terms of return on investment?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to get started in the New Hampshire real estate market. I'm currently moving back to the east coast, and looking to house hack in New Hampshire. Anyone from the area? would love to connect with like-minded folks.

Hi everyone,

Hope all you are well! - the first post, still trying to figure this all out, so apologies if this is redundant.

I'm looking to connect with folks in the New Hampshire area who are past, current, or future real estate investors. I grew up in New York, moved to California, now moving back east and want to discuss some possibilities in the NH real estate market. Any insight, connections, would be appreciated. Looking forward to connecting!
