@Account Closed major capex Chiller/boiler. No heat and major issues with AC. You can imagine the tenant base willing to live in the desert with AC that works "some of the time" As for ill prepared That will take a lot more time to delve into. But suffice it to say this is not a game for the faint of heart nor one to enter w/o a experienced team or at least one "very" experienced operator.
