I believe in Real estate investing:

1. Real Estate investing is people’s business. I you learn the skill, you have opportunity to make big checks. 
2. You have to do your due diligence, the information on the properties are available in the public records. 
3. Government is supportive by giving investors robust  tax incentive, especially Texas State for wear and tear on the rental properties.

You have to be an established or accredited investor before you qualified to join  the investor syndicate.

Truth

Successful REIs advise not to use your own money but to use other people’s funds. With real Estate, lenders have booming market. Lenders and REIs are mutually beneficial to each other.

I am a beginner with burning desire to have my first deal.

Real Estate is people business. It is one of the few products everybody consumes. Many successful people made money in real estate before branching to other lines of businesses.

I just want 20 to 100 units of multifamily residential, which I and an Investor Partner can manage. At this stage, I do not need to join Investors Syndicate.
