This ready to lease home is in Baytown's waterfront district where it has been approved for millions of dollars in revitalization near Lee College! The property has a 1BR/1BA loft that needs repairs before it can be utilized as rental property. 2 car carport. The main property could use updates but is live-in ready. Utilities are currently on. Owner desires a fast closing!

After calculating my deal using the wholesale calculator, this showed up in several of the amounts- $Inf. What does that mean? Is it good or bad?
