Hi, I did some research, single family house can rent out around 1,400 to 1,500 a month, tenant will pay all utilities, i plan to put down 50k cash, borrow the rest, estimated payment is about 800 (5.7% interest + tax + insurance). Profit in pocket should be 400 to 500 each month

Hello all, I am interested in purchase a single family house in New Britain, CT area. The house is in good condition and the seller is asking for 125K. Is it easy to rent out a single family in this area? thank you.

Hello, i just bought a multifamily property in New Britain, CT and will have a tenant soon. I already created a rental contract. My question is do i just need to have my signature and tenant’s signature on the contract? Do i need to notarize the contract? Thank you

Hi all, I am Just purchased my first MFH in New Britain, CT. I am looking for submetering water for both units. I believe CT allows landlord to submetering water for each unit. I just do not know what local company/contractor that specialize in this. Any feedback is appreciated.

Hi all, I own a MFH in New Britain, CT and plan to rent to section 8 tenant. My question is both of the bedroom do not have closet, the tenant told me that the inspector will require me to add a closet to qualify a bedroom. So can I add a wardrobe to the room? Thank you
