@David D'Errico Here is my question with the agreements/ and or contracts is that do I need to write a contract up and have an attorney lawyer look at it or is there a good way to find already written contracts that I can use so I can have an idea on how to get one done. I have morals I don’t want to screw anybody on a deal or the seller either.

Hello everyone I’m a newbie in real estate investing what is a good way to get started I’ve been researching and wholesale seems like a good way to start. Anybody in Louisville or Southern Indiana have any experience in this market and wouldn’t mind sharing some tips? Especially paperwork, or at least how to get one done or how? Any feedback is great thank you.
