Hello I am looking to buy a property, I've noticed that everything in central is extremely cheaper than any other part in the city. I do not mind some of the areas however I do know that anything close to dyer street is one of the most undesirable streets. Now with that being said I would appreciate any help advice or comments any input regarding that area. Thank you.

Hello I'm just starting out. I have some cash saved up and I'm gonna buy rental properties but as a newbie what would be the best way to make cash to buy and hold properties. Also I am a contractor so finding the people to do the rehabs wouldn't be a problem. Any tips ? Thank you.
