@Brad Bellstedt I must have wrote the question wrong. I’m not giving anyone advice. The advice is for me. Let me rephrase. As a real estate agent who doesn’t collect weekly checks and some lenders ask for paystubs. Once I save up enough money to purchase My first rental property since I will not be able to provide consecutive stubs. What are my requirements for a pre approval letter?

As a new agent starting at a brokerage, how does someone get qualified for a pre-approval letter without having consecutive pay stubs if you’re trying to purchase a multi family property? Can someone break down the requirements for me please?

Are there any other fees that the lender will charge you to obtain the 2nd loan using the BRRRR stratgey?
