There are more than several sites that will list your house on the MLS for a flat fee.....for example USRealty.com....MLSmyhome.com (terrible reviews). Just wondering if anyone has ever used them.

Essentially paying 1/2 commission....only to buyer's agents.

Putting a house up for sale. What is the best site you've found to list on the MLS?

I know some sites have a buyer's commission that the seller can decide upon.....2.5 %...3%?
