Try AI resources like Chatgpt and Gemeni, you will have to feed your data and assumptions and they will both do wonders.  I suggest doing your own research for data and assumptions (like rent, vacancy, appreciation/depreciation, etc.) and not rely on AI. 

So many scams like this it's getting out of hand! But good on you for sharing your experience. Try reaching out to local media outlets, search for articles talking bout fraud, find the reporter who wrote the article and reach out to them. I'm sure you'll find someone to cover your story. 

I agree with what most people are saying here. You can learn everything for free through BiggerPockets and YouTube and you can find great investment properties and investment partners through websites like HigherCaps.
