The Coronavirus seems impact older person much more than younger ones. So what happened to the places (homes, assistant living facilities, ect) when these older persons dies and places are empty? I really think it all depends on the city/state. If you are long in investment and in the place that people still moving to like Arizona here, I don't think it will have much impact. Short term price may not go higher as we like to see but long term I believe it's still good option to build wealth...

I heard that our City of Mesa is considering charging 28% tax on Airbnb (short term rental, less than 30 days). 

I have few friends that are flight attendant and they rent a place month by month.

Here in Mesa AZ and doing real estate investment for over 15 years:)

I am thinking about buying a single family home and turn it into a crash pad for Allegiant airline pilots and flight attendants here in Mesa. Is this a better option than use as Airbnb? If yes how do I get the words out?
