 do you have this success with NO money ???  what type of marketing budgets do you think your franchise's need.  I think I recall its 30 to 50k just to buy your franchise right ??? or something like that.. and for most it would probably be smarter than going on their own since you have national recognition and your systems are in place.. better than spending 25k on some guru weekend sseminar that's for sure.

Of course you need access to some cash to get going, and as far as how much that’s all going to depend on your local market as they are all different.  It is a business in a box, but not the right option for everyone.  I do agree though though better than spending it on a guru.  We understand that you make your money on the buy, so with that 25k you can actually have the chance at buying a home instead of someone telling you how to do it.

Hi Tyron,

No not at all, didn’t have any RE experience or even knew what a wholesale was.  Started in 2012 and was leaving active military service.  I had remembered seeing billboards back in Washington DC and amused by the “We Buy Ugly Houses” message so have them a call. 

I did do some reasearch and cocideres trying to make it in my own, but 1 hour in bigger pockets here trying to understand how to do a mailer and I realized I’d better just join the franchise.

We don’t just wholesale, it is probably  60% of my business, other 40% is holds and rehabs.  Just bought a rental on Friday and selling a flip tomorrow.

Limited only by the amount of advertising that can be spent in a given area, not number of franchisees.  We all contribute to a pot of advertising and leads are divided out throughout the month based on the amount af advertising your spending. More $$ on the pot higher percentage of the leads you receive.  Happy to jump on a call if you have more questions.

Oh Wow, looks like an error, the info in the body of this event is correct as the next Deal Maker Sessions is on 1/9/2019.  Info a the top is not, there is no Deal Maker Sessions Tonight 12/3!  and Im unable to fix this.  My apologies, please
