I was hoping I would find someone who would say that, it looks like a great service and I didn't know they provided lists until the recent interview with Bruce Norris.  If you have a license, and pay for the whole year at once, you get a GREAT rate, too!  Thanks for the feedback... much appreciated.

Does anyone have any experience using Property Radar lists in California. 

I heard Sean on a recent interview with Bruce Norris and it sounds like you can really drill down and get some interesting lists that maybe other companies don't have.

But, I don't know, that's why I'm asking... does anyone have experience getting lists from Property Radar?  I hear they are now opening up data for a few other states out West as well.
