Post: Putting Property into an LLC

I am starting out too, I did close on my first property in January but did not initially put it into an LLC. After refurbishing, I created an LLC, opened a business bank acct, acquired all of the permits needed to rent in my community transferred my property into my LLC's name and finally rented. From what I am learning there are a lot of ways you can do it.

Congratulations and good luck!

Those are great points, thank you for the perspective.

Excited to begin my journey.  Just bought, rehabbed and rented my first property.  Found BP afterwards, reading and listening as much as possible.

When starting out would it be beneficial to become a real estate agent?  I feel like there is so much I don't know.
