Cozy was fine about advertising and screening tenants. But the credit and background checking reports exipre in 30 days. And people have to pay again after that which kinda sucks. 

Never tried collecting rent sounds not that good. Some landlord used venmo to collect tent which can be transferred right away though more like social tool

Anyone would know if we should have main concerns to invest properties in KC Kansas but live in KC Missourie in terms of taxes? The main concerns are if this would cause dramatic tax increases while live in MO and invest in KS. Seems Kansas State side would have more chances to get investment properties like duplexes. 

Any information and/or experience would be greatly appreciated. 

Any one know how to get sources of purchasing duplex bundles in KCMO? We are interested in buying good ones. Right now have not seen many good ones on the market.
