I just wanted to get feed back on investing in Indianapolis IN, I just recently got back from doing a investment boot camp down there where this investor buys a lot of bank foreclosures and sells them off to folks wanting a sure ROI doing self directed IRA's. Has anyone had any issues in that market either buying and holding or fix-n-flips?

Hi @Elizabeth San Miguel I am considering the Direct mail direction right now using yellowlettercomplete or listsource I feel like I have crammed so much info inn that I need to get tracking. I would love to do the first few with someone with experience. Even if that means I find the deals and split 50/50. what are you currently doing to find properties?

Hi My name is Chris I just signed up with this amazing site. I currently live in Lakewood Colorado.

I am brand new to the Real Estate world. Jumping in with both feet.. I am coming from the Oil and Gas industry working throughout U.S. as a Well Site Specialist. I recently was part of a 4th round layoff. I'm thankful to have been pushed out so that I may pursue my dreams as a investor. I have about 35k cash and a condo in Lakewood that has about 70k equity that I would really like to know how to make the best bang for my buck to get kick started. Any advice would be extremely appreciated.

thanks in advance

Chris
