Hi I am looking to hire a good General Contractor for a fix-n-flip home I picked up in Westminster off of 88th. Can anyone refer me to someone they have had good success with?  I would greatly appreciate it. I am looking to finish out basement  remodel kitchen and take out some ways.

Thanks

Hi, I am a Newly Licensed agent in Denver Colorado. I was just curious if anyone had advice Good/Bad on using Realtor.com to get Leads. or can point me to a good Lead Gen Company.

Thanks for any help or advice.

Ok @Senthil N. I didn't think of liquid assets and doing a mix . I will certainly use your advise. Thanks

Is it a smarter choice to Finance extremely cheap real-estate or better to just use your own money to buy? I am looking at dirt cheap property to Buy and hold in Indianapolis. I could probably buy 5 properties with cash or could finance 10-13 properties.. If I finance can I have 10 properties financed?

Thoughts and opinions

thanks

Hi after listening to many many of BP’s Podcast and Getting advice from both Brandon and Josh to hit up local successful RE investors on BP and see if they might be up for Coaching and mentoring a very motivated new comer. Here I am putting myself out there. I have crammed my brain with about as much Real estate as one can handle in the past 6 months. I feel like I just need to make the move. I'm fully committed to the Real-estate path. If you have MADE IT and wouldn't mind spending a few days with me. I am a huge believer in paying it forward. My relationship with God is amazing and you would certainly be helping out a brother. Even if it means me just seeing your daily Grind.

Thanks for reading

Chris H.

P.S I was suckered into the Dare to be Rich program with James Smith and lost my butt off. I am involved with as many of the REI meetups in my town.
