Hey guys I know the company, Rent to Retirement, has been featured a lot on Bigger Pockets and has gained some traction in the overall real estate space.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience working with these guys, or if anyone is in the process of looking at properties they are offering?

Hey guys! I'm a new investor in the real estate game and am looking at the Buffalo market to purchase my first home. I went to school at UB for 4 years and definitely see potential for growth.

To be more specific, I am looking for a multi-family unit. I was wondering what you guys think of investing in the overall Buffalo area, in particular, around the college campuses? Do you guys think the market will continue to grow, does it make sense, etc?

Appreciate all responses guy, thank you in advance!

Hey guys, I'm fairly new to the real estate game but have been following BiggerPockets for the last couple of months and have loved the content.

I'm interested in purchasing my first property this year and am looking within the NJ/NY area as a house hack. If anyone has any tips/suggestions/advice, please let me know. I'd appreciate it!
