I'm looking for Property Management Company or Property Manager who can manage our property in Indy. Our property has different setup than most single family homes. It has 9 Bedrooms / 5 Baths with large common rooms, private laundry room with 2 kitchens, backyard with large seating area and private parking lot that can fit at least 4 cars.

I am not ready at the moment to convert this property into full STR but open for co-manage arrangement. Ideally, I'm looking to master lease the entire property. Some ideas that comes to mind: this type or property can be suitable for Organizations that provide housing needs, Mixed Office use (Dentist?), Daycare company, Temporary housing needs, Student / Nurse rooms, Contractor housing, etc.

Location is 2 mins drive to IU Hospital, 5 mins drive to Indy downtown, 10 mins drive to Gainbridge or Lucas Oil Stadium, 1 min drive to Ivy Tech Community College.

I would also recommend @Rhett Tullis. He is the property manager of my property in OKC. I found his company works well, efficient and respond reasonably quick.

I had one issue previously where tenant moved out and I have to pay for the entire damage. Hope it doesn't happen again.

But OKC is a solid place. Even in this situation, the rent is still paid out in full (April).
