What is name of book and where can I find it?

A friend of mine is looking at getting a non collateral loan thru Plush Funding out of Florida, is anyone familiar with this company? With no collateral what is their protection of a loan defaulting? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm in the same boat, would love a nice spreadsheet if one is available. I bought tax liens from rei holdings back in October of 2015. They are from 2010, and now I must start the redemption process before May of this year or else I'll lose my investment. I'm definitely not sold with tax liens after investing close to $50K into it.

I'm sure this question might have been brought up in another post, but unfortunately I cannot find it. I own a duplex in a SDIRA with a non-recourse loan. In six months I will turn 59-1/2 years old, and am thinking of rolling over my current employers 401K to my SDIRA. Is it wise for me to then pay off the current non-recourse loan or keep it in place and invest into another property?

I owned and lived in this home for 10 years or so, I have since bought another home and have rented previous home as a duplex for past 4 years now. If I decide to sell it am I still able to keep capital gains from the sale or am I liable for the taxes?
