This one is for the wholesalers on bigger pockets. What marketing strategies (postcards, yellow letters, Craigslist, direct phone calls, etc.) result in the most amount of leads for you?

Christopher Blanco okay so one more question. Can you advertise your property as a rental and a home for sale so that you can analyze the better strategy and the short and long term goals?

Christopher Blanco that makes sense. So if you can't get a fix and flip on the property quick enough will you try to rent it out?
