@Mike Dymski very true. That is why I wanted to get involved with real estate investing instead of trying to find a secure job when I graduate college. 

How do you know when to sell your condo after it has appreciated, how come you don't wait longer, how come didn't sell sooner? @Matthew L.

@Matthew L. for you is it best that you buy a property, have a couple exit plans planned out, but keep an open mind to other exit plans that could maximize your profit?

I get what your saying @Ryan Dossey I was thinking it would be more beneficial to me to get my real estate license first, but depending on my situation it may lead me to get my license a little bit after I get started
