Okay so this might just be another newbie question but, is the FHA loan 3.5% towards the value of the house? Or you take out an FHA loan equal to how much you purchase the property for and the 3.5% comes from the purchase price? I've learned that you must actually live in the property to get the FHA loan, so I wasn't sure what the 3.5% was for. @Samantha Klein
