 Hey donald any questions on something you don't know how to do I'm here as well as many others on other areas of expertise to help you be another success story on BP. There is nothing that cannot be fixed but that being said there also things you don't want to get into wether its a time or money setback. From my experience i can tell you as well as many orders will always add at least a 15% buffer on your repairs to be safe.

well honestly the best possible support was offered to you by Mr. franklin. Partening up on your first few deals will help you learn and understand the RE business in depth. You can both bring your cards to the table and make this less frustrating and more profitable. Just get your feet wet first then go from there. What would be the best miami market to start flipping with $140k cash? I am a contractor and my wife is a realtor.  I have access to mls and we hae analized the listings and comps.  just a bit concerned on how quickly i can get rid of a property in opa locka for example.
